Returns + Exchanges

While we try our best to ensure each of our candles and overall brand experience exceed expectation, we are still human. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions within 14 days of delivery:

  • The customer must initiate a return via (contactus@omniascent.co). Please include the order number.
  • The customer must return candle(s) in NEW (unused and resalable) condition. We should receive the same package we sent out with all original contents. 
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We highly suggest safely wrapping up your candle(s) to avoid any shipping damage and use a trackable method to mail your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you on whether or not your refund request has been approved. If your return is accepted, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment, within 5 business days.

Our renewed jars and digital gift cards are non-refundable.
